Hi, my name is Gajendra Pandey. Currently, I am doing PhD in Nano-mechanics under Dr. Robert V. Kukta at State University of New York at Stony Brook, New York (USA). I did my Post Graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK) India in Mechanical Engineering having specialization in Solid Mechanics and Design. I completed it in March, 2002. I did my M-Tech. thesis under Dr. Prashant Kumar.

I come from Singrauli, a calm and peaceful Township in the Middle of Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. After completing B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College (GEC),Raipur I joined IIT Kanpur for M-Tech. In my M-Tech. thesis I worked on Impact Characterization of FRP panels and T-Joints in which I performed Compression After Impact test of FRP panels. I mainly worked on glass fiber reinforced composites.
